What We Charge

Mobile Notary:
As a mobile notary service, we charge a time and travel fee in addition to the state mandated notary fee. Our time and travel fee varies from $60 to $75 depending on distance traveled and includes 30 minutes on site for the signing. Feel free to text or email us for a fee specific to your location.
Additional time spent at the signing over 30 minutes is billed at $15 per quarter hour. This additional time includes time spent waiting for the signing to begin (waiting for parties to arrive, looking for ID, waiting for building security clearance, signers talking on the phone, etc.)
In addition to the time and travel fee, the state mandated notary fee of $5 per notarial seal is also charged.
Charges for parking and tolls may be added to the total if applicable.

Loan Signings:
We charge a flat house call fee of $125 to $150, depending on distance travelled. There is no extra charge for the notary seals. If you need us to print your loan documents, there is a minimum fee of $20.

I-9 Verifications:
We charge a flat house call fee of $75, with no notary fees. 

Printing:
We can print your documents and bring them to you. Loan package printing starts at $20. For all other printing, please contact us for an estimate.
